Job Summary
Greet customers, ascertain their needs, and convert walk-in inquiries to buyers by describing vehicle features and explaining use, operation, and care. Qualify buyers by matching requirements to various models, compute sales prices and total purchases, and place special orders. Maintain updated product knowledge, current sales promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Develop relationships with previous customers, meet prospects at community activities, and recommend sales campaigns. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and flexibility to work various hours and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Authorize to work in the US.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Clean driving record and valid Driver License as this position operates motor vehicles.
- Flexibility to work various hours and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Proper email and telephone etiquette.
