Job Summary
Manage an established sales territory by selling current and new products, servicing accounts, and achieving sales objectives. Execute merchandising activities including shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays, and stocking inventories. Conduct in-store tastings and administer accounts receivable while adhering to a full-time schedule with local candidates only. This trainee role prepares personnel for future territory ownership within Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer founded in 1953.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year BA/BS college degree or related industry experience
- Prior sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goals and results driven
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Local candidates preferred
- Must be able to pass drug screen, physical and criminal background check
