Job Summary
Service assigned accounts by traveling the Green Bay/Appleton/Oshkosh territory to check display quantities, cold box placements, and inventory levels. Fill shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out-of-stock items while maintaining merchandising standards. Develop and maintain relationships with retailers through in-store tastings and promotions, communicating buyer preferences and shelf space concerns to Sales Representatives. Perform special projects as assigned while upholding corporate values and demonstrating a self-motivated, customer service-oriented attitude. Requires reliable transportation, valid insurance, and ability to lift 50-pound cases.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc.
- Goal and results oriented
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work
- Competitive, self-motivated and customer service orientated
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Have reliable transportation with valid insurance
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
