Sales Consultant - High Ticket Sales

As a Sales Consultant / Patient Care Coordinator in a luxury aesthetic setting, you conduct in-person consultations to understand patient goals and design customized treatment plans, educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services, and guide them through high-ticket sales with financing options. You will manage front desk tasks (scheduling, check-in/out) to maintain a polished clinic environment, and collaborate with clinicians and the Location Director to ensure a premium patient experience from consultation to completion. The role requires 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, or related sales, a proven track record in high-ticket consultative sales and relationship-building, and availability on weekends and evenings. Compensation includes a $20/hour base, uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, with top performers earning $90,000–$140,000+ annually.
