Job Summary
SALES CONSULTANT at Hendrick Buick GMC Cadillac in Cary, NC sells new or used vehicles to achieve dealership profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers, determining vehicle needs, explaining features, demonstrating operation, suggesting optional equipment, preparing sales paperwork, arranging delivery/registration, researching model availability, engaging in business development, maintaining CSI, and upholding company core values and safety policies. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Prior sales or customer service experience desired
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos
- Ability to effectively present information to customers and employees
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Automotive knowledge or experience preferred
