Job Summary
The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling new or used vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting dealership sales goals. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, determining their vehicle preferences, explaining vehicle features, computing sales prices, completing sales paperwork, and conducting business development activities. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have up to 3 years of prior sales or customer service experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
