Job Summary
RV & Marine Sales Consultant responsible for guiding customers through the dealership sales process from prospecting to delivery. Will work with phone, internet, and walk-in customers to identify needs, demonstrate inventory, and close sales, while maintaining CRM-driven follow-up, inventory reports, and monthly planning with leadership. Training period guarantees pay and the role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, market awareness, relationship-building before/during/after the sale, ability to work Saturdays, and adaptability to weather and physical dealership duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior RV, marine, or dealership sales experience required (training provided)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and CRM tools
- Able to work Saturdays
- Customer-focused sales experience beneficial (retail, hospitality, high-ticket sales)
