Job Summary
Conduct personalized assessments to understand client lifestyles and support needs, then match individuals with tailored arch support solutions and ensure accurate fittings. Create engaging, solution-oriented experiences for every client interaction while performing outreach and follow-ups to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term relationships. Consistently reach sales targets and business-driven KPIs through consultative selling. Requires 1-year minimum retail experience in commission-based environments, excellent communication skills, and comfort working on feet for extended periods with weekend availability. Full-time associates earn $60,000–$80,000 annually including uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year minimum retail experience
- commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience
- Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
- Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)
