Job Summary
Conduct personalized assessments to understand client lifestyle and support needs, then match individuals with tailored arch solution products and ensure accurate fittings. Create engaging, solution-oriented experiences during every client interaction while performing outreach and follow-ups to generate repeat business and strengthen long-term relationships. Consistently reach sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling, supported by paid training and certification programs. This role requires full-time hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays, with a minimum of one year in commission-based retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year minimum retail experience
- commission-based/quota-driven and consultative sales experience
- Excellent communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
- Weekends required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!)
- Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time
