Job Summary
Sales Consultant Capital Equipment - Medical Device selling our full operation room capital equipment product line within a defined territory. Home base options: Madison, WI or Milwaukee, WI with travel up to 60% across WI, MN, ND, SD. Drive the full sales cycle from opportunity prioritization to forecasting, qualification of large deals, customer presentations, and post-sale follow-up. Collaborate with clinical consultants, product specialists, construction solution architects, and account teams to offer end-to-end solutions, including large integrated health systems. Educate customers on product differentiators to enable customer success; leverage data to identify opportunities; apply consultative selling, and use marketing communications to boost visibility. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years outside sales experience (medical device capital equipment experience preferred) or 8+ years relevant sales experience; strong communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to develop sales plans, understand local market and competitive trends, and analyze deals. Compensation includes an estimated base range of $63,200 to $86,900 annually, with eligibility for a Sales Incentive Plan.
