Job Summary
Sales Consultant responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience in showroom interactions and via phone, guiding appliance purchases from initial greeting to post-sale follow-up. Build trust by understanding client needs, leveraging product knowledge (training provided), and offering tailored solutions to homeowners. Strive to meet or exceed monthly showroom sales targets while fostering relationships within the kitchen design, builder, and contractor communities. Manage the full client journey with strong organization and communication to ensure a seamless, worry-free experience. Requires a client-first mindset, high-energy and drive, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, employee-focused environment. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed; basic MS Word/Excel skills required. This is a full-time role with a compensation structure that includes a base hourly pay plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package (401k, health insurance, and growth opportunities) in a family-owned company.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
