Manage the full sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery, presenting and demonstrating inventory while maintaining daily reports. Execute strategies to increase market share and collaborate with leadership on monthly plans, ensuring targets for the Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and unit sales are met. Utilize CRM software effectively and stay current on products and certification requirements. This role offers paid training and a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 at the first standalone Genesis dealership in Illinois.
