Job Summary
Follow up with sales leads, guide buyers through the purchasing process, and provide outstanding customer service throughout every interaction. Perform condition inspections on incoming vehicles, research market values to assist consignors with pricing recommendations, and write detailed vehicle descriptions. Track customer activity and opportunities using the CRM system, maintain accurate sales records, and keep the showroom organized. Support showroom events, assist coworkers, and occasionally provide training to other Gateway showrooms. This role involves building lasting relationships with automotive enthusiasts across the country while helping them buy and sell collector vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills

- Automotive sales, commission sales, business development, or relationship-based sales experience
- Experience with collector vehicles
