Job Summary
Sell insulation and building-material products to residential and light commercial accounts; identify prospective customers, generate and follow up on leads, conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts from initial sale through project completion. Build trusted relationships, monitor market conditions and competitors, meet monthly sales targets, communicate safety programs to customers, and adapt to varying schedules with local travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required
