Sales consultant

Achieve sales targets and KPIs while managing customer service, including handling enquiries and complaints for both employers and helpers. Conduct job matching between employers and helpers, and process clerical tasks such as forms and contracts with care. Manage documentation for the Philippines Consulate, HK Immigration Department, and other authorities or business partners. Perform outdoor work and coordinate with operations on issues and procedures. Execute any additional assignments from superiors related to the employment agency. Requires 2-3 years of sales industry experience, preferably in domestic helpers, with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
