Job Summary
Sales Consultant to join Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, using consultative selling to help select vehicles, providing detailed product information, conducting demonstrations and test drives, staying current on vehicle models and trends, building relationships for repeat business, and using CRM tools to manage interactions and sales progress. Must demonstrate customer service excellence and ownership of the customer experience; equal opportunity employer. Compensation includes incentives/commissions with some base pay; includes benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and development opportunities.
