Job Summary
Appointment Setter role focused on high-quality phone conversations to engage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and book qualified appointments for the sales teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Yarra, working in the property investment space. Responsibilities include outbound calls to warm leads, handling inbound inquiries, conducting structured qualification conversations, explaining next steps, booking appointments into Salesforce and calendar systems, following up leads to maximize attendance, and maintaining detailed call notes and lead statuses. The role emphasizes compliance with approved call scripts and participating in coaching and training to improve call quality and conversion performance. Candidates should have proven experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telesales, or contact centres, with desired experience in finance, wealth creation, investment, or property sectors. A CRM (preferably Salesforce) and strong communication, organization, and autonomous work skills are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telesales, or a contact centre environment
- Prior experience within finance, wealth creation, investment, property, or other professional services industries (highly desirable)
