Job Summary
Achieve sales targets by understanding customer requirements and advising on storage solutions from enquiry through to move. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing store standards, including Health and Safety and maintaining overall responsibilities. Work full-time on a rota across five days, Monday to Saturday, with shifts running from 7:30am to 6:30pm (8:30pm on Thursdays) and Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Travel to local stores in Croydon and Redhill with expenses paid. Earn £12.71 per hour with performance-linked bonus potential and access to a development programme leading to Store Manager roles.
Required Qualifications
- Full time, permanent role (40 hours per week)
- Worked on a rota across 5 out of 7 days
- Shifts fall within our opening hours – Monday – Saturday 7:30am-6:30pm (8:30pm on Thursdays) and Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm
