Job Summary
Complete sales training and learn necessary skills to become a Sales Associate or Consultant, including a minimum of three months of instruction. Assist in conducting interviews of prospects for current and future home sales, including model presentations, and support new or prospective homebuyers as needed. Serve as back-up to other members of the sales team and learn knowledge of local markets, competition, Real Estate laws, and governmental regulations related to home buying. Handle sales office administrative responsibilities as required. Maintain a valid driver's license as driving is an essential function.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Appropriate license or certifications as required by the state
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of Sales organization preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
