Sales Consultant

Conduct retail sales of retired rental fleet vehicles by prospecting, qualifying, and following up on customer leads to meet established sales goals. Demonstrate vehicles including test drives and orientations, then present financing and service contract options. Thoroughly inspect trade-in vehicles, prepare detailed sales paperwork, and document all customer interactions using dealership software. Secure customer data, ensure presentation vehicles remain clean and protected, and oversee delivery scheduling. Handle payments and insurance stipulations prior to final delivery, then follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and refer issues to management. Maintain a clean sales office and display area, occasionally setting up off-site shows.
