Job Summary
Sales Consultant at Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating Hyundai vehicles, explaining financing options and warranties, negotiating terms, closing deals, staying up-to-date on promotions, and building relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. duties include vehicle demonstrations, test drives, completing paperwork accurately and timely, and collaborating with the sales team to meet dealership sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficient with computers and basic software applications
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
