Job Summary
Lead in-person consultations to design customized treatment plans for aesthetic services (laser, body contouring, injectables); educate patients on LaserAway’s full range of services; consistently meet and exceed sales goals by guiding patients through their aesthetic journey; manage front desk activities to maintain a polished clinic environment; collaborate with clinicians and Location Director to ensure exceptional patient experiences from consultation to completion; requires 2+ years in luxury/med spa or related sales and comfort with weekend/evening hours; base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses with career growth into Lead PCC and Location Director roles.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales
- Proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building
- Comfortable working weekends and evenings to align with patient demand
