Job Summary
The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in making informed buying decisions, providing world-class customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, determining their needs, utilizing CRM tools for lead management, preparing the showroom, and achieving monthly sales goals. Candidates must have a high school education or equivalent, be able to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and have basic mathematical skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system
