Job Summary
In-Home Sales Representative responsible for delivering the West Shore Home sales process to secure customer agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. Role focuses on warm, pre-set leads with no cold-calling, conducting 2-hour in-home appointments, and following a rotating schedule across the Dallas, TX area. Requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, ability to connect with customers quickly, and availability for scheduled coaching sessions and team trainings. Base salary plus uncapped commission with earnings potential up to $200K+, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience or related roles in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
- Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems with two-factor authentication
- Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged
- Ability to travel to customer homes for in-home consultations and demonstrations
- Ability to follow company sales method and complete a two-hour sales appointment cycle
