Job Summary
In-Home Sales Representative responsible for guiding customers through West Shore Home's sales method to secure agreements for remodeling products and services. Role involves following a rotating schedule, attending weekly training, conducting personalized one-call close sales with warm, pre-set leads, no cold-calling, and achieving sales targets with base pay plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses. Requires strong customer engagement, a competitive drive, a valid driver’s license, and CT Salesperson License; bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged. Required Qualifications
- Must have valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
