Job Summary
Sales Consultant to prospect, close, and grow B2B accounts in a Chicago territory with a hybrid remote work arrangement. Requires proven outside/B2B sales experience, hunter mindset, ability to develop a book of business, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and comfort with face-to-face selling, cold calling, networking, and pipeline development. Daily travel within the designated sales territory; compensation includes base salary with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses; comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B or outside sales experience
- Proven success in hunting new business
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience building and maintaining long-term business relationships
