Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by utilizing systems to understand client needs, ensure competitive quotes, and keep customers updated on vehicle delivery progress. Maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles, rebates, and incentive programs while answering sales inquiries and managing customer car quotes. Ensure all documents are accounted for and follow up with factories regarding late deliveries, adhering to strict OMVIC regulations and company safety standards. Work effectively without supervision, attend scheduled training, and recommend new equipment features to clients.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- OMVIC Certification
- Dealer CRM system experience
- valid Class 'G' Ontario driver's license

- Strong computer skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
