Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by utilizing systems to understand client needs, ensuring competitive quotes, and keeping customers updated on vehicle delivery progress. Maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and rebate programs while attending scheduled factory and dealer training. Manage end-to-end sales documentation, follow up on late deliveries, and recommend new equipment features. Comply strictly with OMVIC regulations, Ontario safety standards, and company policies while working effectively without supervision. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to champion success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- OMVIC Certification
- Dealer CRM system experience
- valid Class 'G' Ontario driver's license

- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
