Job Summary
Automotive Sales Consultant responsible for greeting customers, identifying needs, presenting vehicles, coordinating delivery, and guiding buyers through the purchase process. Must master the dealership’s product line, digital retail tools, and CRM to ensure accurate follow-up and high CSI. Collaborates with Sales Management, F&I, and Service to achieve targets, maintains compliant documentation per FTC Safeguards Rule, Red Flags Identity Theft Program, and Used Car Rule, and delivers a professional customer experience from showroom to delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of experience in retail sales role, preferably automotive sales
- Proven ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Experience with CRM and dealership management systems preferred
- Strong listening and consultative sales ability
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A valid driver’s license is required, and the individual must be insurable by Route 24 Auto Group’s insurance carrier
