Job Summary
Sales Consultant needed at our Chrysler location. Build real relationships with customers and your team, use your personal network and our systems to build a steady pipeline, and work the phones for appointments, check-ins, follow-ups, and confirmations. We’re looking for a people person who loves connecting and serving others, is confident on the phone, and can follow a plan with energy and accountability. This role emphasizes relationship-building over traditional car sales, requires a team-first mentality, and offers a base salary with uncapped bonuses. Must be willing to work Saturdays and follow our proven process to grow with the team.
