Job Summary
Respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication. Assist guests in vehicle selection, provide industry knowledge, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction. Maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays is required. This role offers a 90-day sales training plan with one-on-one support and volume-based incentives during the first three months.
