Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant / Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the face of the LaserAway experience, conducting one-on-one in-person consultations to understand patient goals and design customized treatment plans, educating patients on the full suite of aesthetic services (laser, body contouring, injectables), and guiding patients through their aesthetic journey to meet sales goals. You’ll manage front desk activities (scheduling, check-in/out, clinic atmosphere), collaborate with clinicians and the Location Director to ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation to completion, and leverage financing options to improve accessibility. This role is ideal for professionals with luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales backgrounds who are comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment, enjoy premium experiences, and are available on weekends and evenings. The position offers a base pay of $16/hour plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total earnings potential commonly ranging to $90,000–$140,000+ annually, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales
- Proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building
- Confident, polished, and professional in patient-facing environments
- Weekend and evening availability required on a weekly basis
