Job Summary
Autonomously manage an SME portfolio in B2B telecom/services, driving growth through targeted up- and cross-selling via inbound and outbound channels. Conduct needs analysis, prepare and present offers, close contracts, and report on customer development. Sell and advise on complex solutions such as Business Internet, MS Teams, VPBX, IoT, and TV over IP; plan retention activities and conduct customer development, maintenance, and acquisition efforts. Requires 3-5 years of B2B sales, strong telecom product knowledge, advisory-selling experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, pricing acumen, and fluent German within Sunrise’s multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in B2B sales
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications products
- Experience selling complex, advisory solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer-centric work
- High close-rate and adept at pricing and handling objections
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
