Sales Concierge

Deliver polished arrivals, orientations, and departures at the Front Desk while managing guest intake, scheduling, and provider coordination in the Wellness Haven. Host Happy Hour and property events, including responsible alcohol service, to build rapport and invite guests to protect their next stay. Recommend and close rebookings, spa services, retail, experiences, stay extensions, and new reservations matched to individual guest preferences. Process payments and maintain accurate guest notes, intake details, and handoffs in Company systems. Coordinate with Spa, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and onsite leadership to resolve requests and escalate issues as needed. Maintain a calm, luxury-ready environment across both locations. This full-time, non-exempt role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with a competitive base, commission pool, and NPS incentive.
