Job Summary
Sales Compensation Operations Analyst at HPE, primarily remote from home. Responsible for developing, implementing and deploying processes and tools related to calculation of sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, investigating commission claims, and preparing reports for sales leadership. Works with data configuration in sales compensation tools, communicates issues to stakeholders, and supports data quality and process improvements to drive operational efficiency. Requires ability to analyze data, understand commission plans, and clearly communicate plans and results to leadership; Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent, with 0-2 years experience typical, and strong written/verbal English skills.

- Experience administering and maintaining sales commission plans, tools and systems
- Typically 0-2 years experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
- Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
- Understanding of sales commission plans and practices
- Ability to communicate plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options
