Sales Compensation Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Develops, implements and deploys processes and tools related to calculation of sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments according to policy. Calculates commission/incentive payments for sales employees based on plan provisions, investigates and resolves commission claims and account reconciliation issues, and prepares commission and payment reports for review by operational and sales leadership. Works with cross-functional partners to update data and configuration of sales compensation tools to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Requires intermediate subject-matter knowledge and the ability to exercise independent judgment within established guidelines; typically supports projects involving sales commission plan design, implementation and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 0-2 years experience
- Experience administering and maintaining sales commission plans, tools and systems
- Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
- Understanding of sales commission plans and practices
