Job Summary

Seeking a Sales Compensation Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience in data analysis/sales operations. Responsible for sales compensation operations, including data infrastructure, payout validation, and performance reporting. Skills in Excel, SQL, and Salesforce required. Salary range: $103,968 to $187,200.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or sales operations with focused experience in compensation or commission analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce data structures
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar incentive compensation management platforms
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, and Payroll teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL, Data Modeling, Python/R
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) for building dashboards and performance reporting
