Sales & Community Outreach Coordinator

Conduct proactive outbound sales by visiting physician's offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, retirement homes, senior's organizations, and community agencies to build new referral relationships and generate qualified leads. Represent Qualicare Hamilton at networking and community events while maintaining accurate records of outreach activities and sales opportunities. Collaborate with the Care Coordinator and leadership team to ensure a seamless client experience. This part-time role requires two days per week (approximately 6 hours per day) with a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle. Earn $25 per hour plus 2% commission on new clients' monthly service revenue for the first six months.
