Sales Community Outreach Coordinator

The Community Outreach Coordinator role focuses on promoting the agency’s vision and mission in the marketplace and generating revenue through field sales. Responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing accounts in accordance with the business plan strategy for the market, fostering productive relationships by offering targeted solutions to their accounts’ specific pain points, and assessing results of efforts. Major duties include developing and executing a marketing plan to meet growth targets, managing day-to-day sales activities, cultivating referral-source relationships across hospitals, facilities, and physicians, executing marketing campaigns from Homewatch International and providing feedback on effectiveness, maintaining brand awareness through events and communications, representing the agency professionally, collaborating with management and staff, delivering high-quality customer service, preparing weekly activity reports, attending growth meetings, and fulfilling other duties to support operations.
