Job Summary
Assist with monthly and quarterly commission payments for sales and other commission-based teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with commission plans and company policies. Collaborate with sales, finance, and HR teams to resolve discrepancies and improve commission processes. Create and maintain training documentation for sales users while working closely with IT to ensure data integrity and consistency. Requires strong Excel skills, experience with large data sets, and proficiency in Callidus or similar software. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with large data sets
- Excellent Excel skills, including the usage of pivot tables and basic formulas
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable steps
- Proficient organization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience w/ AE's customer data and sales order data
- Experience with Callidus software (or similar)
- Experience with simple SQL statements
