Job Summary
Create an appointment-based client experience by guiding customers to make style a source of creative energy. Deliver a seamless in-store and online shopping journey while cultivating long-term relationships through engaging conversation and product knowledge. Drive sales by embracing technology and supporting the full shopping process from start to finish. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements including floor and fitting room upkeep. Schedule appointments and share Loyalty program benefits to enhance the customer journey. Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
- Ability to process register transactions
