Job Summary
Sales, Collections, and Delivery positions at Arona Home Essentials across multiple store roles. Roles include General Manager, Customer Retention Manager/Assistant Manager, Market and Growth Manager/Associate, Customer Retention Associate, and Delivery Specialist. Responsibilities span store management with profit and loss focus, driving revenue and customer growth, lease- and renewal-related activities, in-store and telephone sales, direct marketing, showroom maintenance, merchandise handling, loading, delivering, setup, troubleshooting, and occasional lease-review duties. Required skills include excellent sales and customer service abilities, valid driver’s license with safe driving record, flexibility to travel or operate in a retail setting, and the ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds. Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent (or at least 1 year of experience); DOT/physical requirements and background/drug screening are noted. Bilingual ability is a plus. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or at least 1 year of working experience
- Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- DOT physical/certification in states that require it
- Drug screening and criminal background investigation
- Bi-lingual is a PLUS
- You must pass a satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- Must be able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise over fifty pounds
