Job Summary
Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs, offering relevant products, and maintaining high accuracy when checking and counting goods. Process transactions efficiently at the POS while handling payments securely, ensuring retail policies are properly implemented. Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and satisfaction, and participate in stock-takes while ensuring a replacement is available during breaks. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and attend all required training sessions to provide accurate information and implement effective sales strategies. Fluent in Russian and English with proven B2B or B2C sales experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Russian & English language
- Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management
