Sales Co-Ordinator

Sales Co-Ordinator role at Rohloff Group (within Panterra) focused on quotation management and sales coordination. Responsible for preparing quotations for internal and external clients, ensuring pricing accuracy, coordinating with Procurement and Finance to validate margins, maintaining version control and documentation, and supporting the sales team with proposals, dashboards, and timely responses. Also manages registers (quotation, sales pipeline), generates reports, coordinates with procurement, finance, and operations to align quoting with delivery and invoicing, maintains data integrity across systems, and identifies process improvements in quotation and sales coordination workflows. Requires Matric and experience with quotation preparation, CRM familiarity (Business Central advantageous), strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and excellent stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
