Sales Cluster Manager, East

Job Summary
Lead and develop the sales organization in the East geography for Coromant, driving attainment of budgeted sales value/volume/profitability through direct customers and channels. Develop and implement local strategy and execute Sales Area plans to achieve company goals, conduct strategic sales calls with key clients, oversee high-growth projects, manage channel partnerships, ensure strong customer relations, coordinate first-line sales managers’ performance and onboarding, provide timely market feedback to senior management, and uphold safety, core values, and governance in all activities. Requires engineering background, extensive sales experience, and willingness to travel; driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years in sales and marketing management with engineering cutting tools skills
- Proven track record in negotiations with industrial customers
- Experience in Account Management or Sales Management
- Driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned geography and to other Sales Regions
