Job Summary

Conduct 8 to 12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly, assessing roofing needs, recommending products, and closing high-ticket sales. Drive to pre-set appointments Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability, while attending regular sales meetings and completing a two-week paid training program. This role eliminates cold calling and door knocking, focusing exclusively on converting pre-qualified leads. Top performers earn $150K+ annually with uncapped commissions, supported by a dedicated training team and a culture of high performance within a top-ranked national roofing company.

Required Qualifications

3 years of prior outside sales experience
Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
