Job Summary
Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly to sell roofing products and services to homeowners. Meet with clients to assess needs, provide recommendations, and close high-ticket deals without cold calling or door knocking. Drive to pre-set appointments Monday through Saturday, attending regular sales meetings Monday through Thursday. Complete a paid two-week training program and maintain a valid driver's license. Expected monthly earnings range from $12,500 to $25,000 with uncapped commission potential, targeting $150K–$300K annually. Ideal for experienced outside sales professionals with a history of meeting objectives and strong negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior outside sales experience
- Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
