Job Summary
Conduct 8–12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly with homeowners, assessing roofing needs, providing recommendations, and closing high-ticket sales. Drive to pre-set appointments without cold calling or door knocking, leveraging pre-qualified leads provided by the company. Complete a paid two-week training program and attend regular sales meetings to maintain product knowledge and close rates. This role is ideal for high-ticket closers with three years of outside sales experience, particularly those from car sales or retail backgrounds. Top performers earn $150K–$300K annually with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior outside sales experience
- Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
