Job Summary
Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly, assessing homeowner roofing needs, providing product recommendations, and closing high-ticket sales. Drive to pre-set appointments Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability, while attending regular sales meetings and a mandatory two-week paid training program. This role eliminates cold calling and door knocking, allowing focus on converting pre-qualified leads. Ideal for experienced high-ticket closers from car sales or retail backgrounds seeking uncapped commission earnings up to $300K at Southern National Roofing.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior outside sales experience
- Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
