Job Summary
Conduct 8–12 pre-scheduled, pre-confirmed in-home appointments weekly to sell roofing products and services to homeowners. Meet clients to assess needs, provide recommendations, and close high-ticket deals without cold calling or door knocking. Drive to pre-set appointments Monday through Saturday, attending regular sales meetings and completing a two-week paid training program. Requires three years of prior outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Top performers earn $150K+ annually as part of a $25M+ residential roofing company ranked in the top 100.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of prior outside sales experience
- Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in utilizing various technologies including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
